How to Make a Monthly Pledge

Thank you for considering a monthly pledge.  The link below takes you to an official AGWM pledge form.  Please print the form and fill in the information.  When you're done please send in the form with your first monthly contribution to the address shown on the form.  Be sure to designate on your check that the support is for Ron & Debbie Galbreath, Japan, Account #251254.

If you support another missionary through AGWM, you already have a donor account number.  You should be able to find this number on one of your previous giving statements.  If you don't support any other missionaries through AGWM then leave this part blank.  You will be assigned a new number.

If you are filling in this form as an individual, there is no need to include your church's or pastor's information.
